This larger facility was built on the southeast corner of Broad and Green Streets and after the opening of the third facility across the street in 1901, served as the Central Manual Training School(Mechanical Arts,Industrial Arts and Vocational Education courses) from 1901-1939; an annex was built for this building in 1914
