Howie is the Medical Director of the Methodist Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Indianapolis, Indiana. He specializes in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Pediatrics. Howie also serves with distinction as an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine. In addition,He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Mothers' Milk Bank, Inc.
