| Frank graduated from Ursinus College with a BS Degree. He attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1968. Completed a Radiology residency. He spent two years in
the navy as a radiologist in Tapei, Taiwan. Frank moved to Flint, Michigan in 1976 and practiced there until 1998. He is now retired and living on Marco Island, Florida. Frank has been married to Georgia for 43 years. They have three children and five grandchildren.
They spend their time traveling, reading, babysitting and eating.
