| Ted earned his BS from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1965 and, subsequently,his MD also at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1969; he did his internship at
Rose Memorial Hospital in Denver, Colorado 1969-1970. Ted received a Fellowship from the American Academy of Family Practice. After medical school, he joined the Western Clinic in Tacoma, Washington, where he practiced family medicine for 24 years.
Ted earned his certification from the American Board of Family Medicine
Practice in 1977. Dr. Crowell moved to Naples in 1994 to join the staff of Advanced Medical Center. He is affiliated with both Naples Community Hospital and North Collier Hospital. Ted has the following certifications: American Board of Family Medicine since 1977, and recertified 1983, 1990, 1997 and 2004. He also has the following medical
affiliations: American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association ,Collier
County Medical Association and Community Health Partners. Ted is a member of the Florida Medical Association and Southwest Florida Physicians Association.
