Rich Yellin has been a pulpit rabbi for more than thirty-eight years. He is currently the spiritual leader to more than 2800 congregants of Temple Emeth of Delray Beach, Florida. Rabbi Yellin is widely read and has written more than 125 articles that have addressed religious and life issues. He also is involved in civic organizations of Palm Beach County as well as serving as the Chaplain for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office. He and his wife Ora are also Israeli citizens where Rich was the Advisor for the Mayors of Netayna and Beer-Sheva for seven years. The Yellins returned to the United States to care for his mother who lives in Florida. One of Rich's most significant essays deals with the hardships of caring for elderly parents and the affects of Alzheimer on loved ones. The Yellins have seven children and fifteen grandchildren.
