Joe e-mailed the website, and I repeat his thoughts: "Well, I don't usually attend the reunions, but I guess I should plan on the 50th. I am a computer consultant and still working with no plans to retire. I have many hobbies and pursuits: Photography, Oil Painting, Web site development, Poetry and Shakespeare, and Piano. I have been married to Sally for forty-one years, and we have two children and two grandchildren. My address is 2129 Race Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. You can reach me on my cell at (484) 431-7284. One of the best and cheapest decisions I made the year we all graduated from Central was to buy the lifetime subscription to the Alumni News. I think at the time is was $40 for life. I will bookmark the web site, and please add me to whatever mailing list there is for the Reunion. Might as well keep the mailing costs down. My thoughts on reunion plans: I would prefer not traveling, but to keep the festivities local. A visit to Central would also be pleasant. I recall that the reunion I did attend (I think it was the 25th) was a three-day weekend which included Central, a stag affair, and a couples affair in a Center City hotel. I like getting dressed up in my Tux mainly because I still look pretty good in it - that would be OK. But I'll consider any plans developed. Since I am still employed full-time, maybe you can find some of the retirees to help with the planning. Thanks again and hope all is well with you, Joe." It is with great sadness that I report Joe's passing on July 7th, 2009. We will miss him greatly.
