Arthur is a recognized expert in antiques, fine art and specializes in Judaica. Arthur was formerly Director of the Spertus Museum of Judaica and Vice President of Spertus College. Prior to coming to Chicago, Arthur was the assistant curator at the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution of Washington, D.C. He was a visiting curator at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Arthur holds advanced degrees in both art history and archeology. His gallery has been a mainstay of the Chicago area for all objects of Judaica since 1985.
