| Although photoless in our yearbook, Cary is a full partner in the prestigious law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP, Philadelphia. His specialties are Mergers and Acquisitions,Finance and International Corporate Law. Cary is Chairman of the Pepper Hamilton's Commercial Department. Cary earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his J.D. from Villanova University, where he presently is also a faculty member. Additionally he received his LL.M. with a specialization in Taxation from New York University. Cary has recently authored articles such as 'Avoiding Trouble with Dividend Recaps' and 'Capitalization and Its Impact on Management Compensation'. |
